Foxhop Golf Club was conceptualized to take advantage of extraordinary topographic and site conditions while drawing discriminating golfers from a major metropolitan area. With exceptional views and landforms, this property was not big enough to handle an 18-hole routing but allowed for a unique application of the 18|9 Concept.
Residential Golf Course Community
An existing 18-hole golf course part of a residential golf course community was identified by a developer for potential redevelopment. Using part of the golf course for multiple family residential development and renovating the rest with the 18|9 Concept. Expanded practice and spectacular golf.
Private Country Club
An existing 18-hole private club was seeking options for renovation while maximizing the opportunities for asset realization. As part of that review, 9 holes were identified for the potential for development of a Data Center. The resultant review offered the option for an 18|9 golf course and improved practice facilities.
Event Center
An existing 18-hole public golf course was identified for redevelopment to include an extensive convention/museum campus with overnight stay. This allowed for the potential of renovating the remaining property with the 18|9 Concept. While less dynamic, the hole options provide for a variety of yardages and unique hole types for public play and convention goers.
